7-Days Refund Policy

You can avail Full refund or replacement within 7 days of purchase, if you got any defective product or wrong product

Standard Warranty Coverage

  • All refurbished laptops except Apple comes with a 6-month warranty covering all hardware components excludes battery and keyboard.
  • All refurbished laptops except Apple comes with a 1-month warranty covering battery and keyboard.
  • Apple’s Macbook comes with 1-month warranty

Extended Warranty Options

Customers can purchase additional warranty coverage:

  • 1 Year Extended Warranty: Extend your warranty from 6 month to 1 year of coverage excluding battery and keyboard.
    Cost: 10% of laptop value
  • 6 Month Battery & Keyboard Warranty: Avail 6 month warranty on keyboard and battery.
    Cost: ₹1,999

What is Covered

Warranty covers hardware defects arising under normal usage, including:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Defects in Display, Motherboard, Keyboard, Ram, SSD, chargers.
  • Battery Backup below 2 Hours under normal usage (video Playback) within first month of purchase
Defective parts will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.

What is Not Covered

Warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage (drops, cracks, dents)
  • Liquid or moisture damage
  • Electrical damage or short circuits
  • Software issues (OS, drivers, viruses)
  • Damage due to misuse or negligence
  • Unauthorized repair or tampering
  • If the warranty sticker is broken. (backside of laptop)
  • Normal wear and tear of product
  • Data loss or Data Recovery
  • keyboard damage due to moisture, dust, or spills caused by customer mishandling.
  • Consumable parts like batteries naturally experience a gradual reduction in backup over time, which is not covered under warranty.

Warranty Claim Process

To claim warranty:

  1. Contact our support team with order details
  2. Provide issue description (photos/videos if required)
  3. Send or handover the device as instructed

Service Timeline

Warranty service is typically completed within 3–14 working days, depending on the issue and parts availability.

  • Please backup your data before submitting the device
  • We are not responsible for data loss
  • Warranty is void if the device is tampered with
