At gudscart.in, we want to ensure your satisfaction with the refurbished laptops you purchase from us. If you're not satisfied with your order or if it arrives damaged or defective, we offer a straightforward return process, subject to the terms outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and components intact.
  • A return request must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Returns will accept for defective and non-defective products

2. Return Process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order details, including the order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting photos or videos, if applicable.
  3. Our team will review the request and, if approved, provide instructions on how to return the product.

3. Conditions for Return Approval
Returns will be approved based on the following criteria:

  • Defective Products: If the product is found to have a manufacturing defect upon arrival.
  • Damaged Products: If the product was damaged during shipping, and the damage is reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Incorrect Product: If the product received differs from what was ordered.
  • Product not liked: If you don't like the product you ordered.

Please note that returns will not be accepted for the following reasons:

  • Damage caused by improper use, mishandling, or accidents (e.g., liquid spills, physical damage, etc.).
  • Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications.

4. Return Shipping

  • Once your return is approved, we will arrange for a reverse pickup at no additional cost. Please ensure that the product is securely packed for return.
  • In case of self-return, the shipping cost will be reimbursed by gudscart.in upon submission of a valid shipping receipt,

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed in the following manner:

  • For prepaid orders: The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used at checkout (e.g., credit/debit card, UPI).
  • For COD orders: A refund will be issued via bank transfer or as store credit, as per your preference.

Refunds typically take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

6. Replacement Policy
We offer a 1-month replacement warranty on all refurbished laptops. If your product is eligible for replacement under this warranty, and the original product is unavailable, we will provide a comparable replacement or issue a refund, as per your preference.

7. Exchange Policy
Currently, we do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, you must return it following the process outlined above, and place a new order for the desired product.
