  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and components intact.
  • Refunds will only be granted for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped products.

3. Refund Approval Criteria

Refunds will be approved based on the following:

  • Defective Products: If the product has a manufacturing defect upon arrival.
  • Damaged Products: If the product was damaged during shipping, and the damage is reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Incorrect Product: If the product received differs from what was ordered.
Refunds will not be granted for:
  • Damage caused by improper use, mishandling, or accidents (e.g., liquid spills, physical damage).
  • Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications.
  • General dissatisfaction with the performance of refurbished laptops.

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed in the following manner:

  • For prepaid orders: The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used at checkout (e.g., credit/debit card, UPI).
  • For COD orders: A refund will be issued via bank transfer or as store credit, based on your preference.
Refunds typically take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

5. Replacement Policy

We offer a 1-month replacement warranty on all refurbished laptops. If your product is eligible for replacement under this warranty, we will provide a comparable replacement or issue a refund, as per your preference.
